Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sportivo, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Please review our
cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by User:
● Users may cancel their booking at any time before the scheduled start time.
● Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking will receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will incur a 50%
cancellation fee.

Cancellation by Sportivo:

● If Sportivo cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue
unavailability, extreme weather), users will receive a full refund.
● Users will be notified via the app and email if a cancellation occurs.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds:
● Users are eligible for a refund if they cancel their booking within the stipulated time
as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
● If a booking is cancelled by Sportivo, a full refund will be processed.

Processing Refunds:
● Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the cancellation date.
● The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the
time of booking.
How to Cancel a Booking:
● Users can cancel their bookings directly through the Sportivo app under the “My
Bookings” section.
● Alternatively, users may contact our customer support team at support@sportivo.com
for assistance with cancellations.
